Hi, I’m Lance - Owner of Freelance Construction! I am a licensed and insured general contractor specializing in residential remodels. Originally from the bay area & now living in Truckee CA, I have been working in the trade for more than 15 years and am proud to have lead my own business since 2018. 

I have extensive experience with everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to completely new home additions. I am licensed and certified in all of the core trades - framing, plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry and roofing. I have a small core team that specialize in framing, carpentry and roofing, along with a strong bench of subcontractors that I can bring in to get your job completed as fast as possible.

I take pride in my honesty, communication and attention to detail. Every remodeling project can grow and change over the course of the contract, and my goal is to make the whole process as seamless as possible.
